The company's purpose is to acquire, dispose of and manage interests in any industrial, commercial or financial enterprises, whether movable or immovable property (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may also establish branches, in Switzerland or abroad; participate in other enterprises, found, acquire or finance enterprises, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
