The purpose of Planes Verein is to provide information, raise awareness and educate on the protection of the environment and biodiversity, every action of conservation of natural resources, every measure to be developed in ecologically responsible technologies, in short: every action of general interest directly or indirectly contributing to the protection of the natural environment. As such, the association supports, develops and promotes projects to address the systemic (climatic, ecological and societal) impacts of climate change and the degradation of ecosystems for all humanity. More specifically, the association's mission is to carry out and support projects for the development and promotion of clean and responsible aviation, through expeditions to various continents, and ecological, efficient and realistic propulsion solutions; to promote international cooperation in the context of a global emergency. PlanesB has a dual objective: on the one hand, to highlight the interdependence of ecosystems and humans through awareness-raising for environmental protection, the public and the affected populations. On the other hand, it demonstrates that there are alternatives to fossil fuels that can significantly reduce the CO2 footprint associated with air travel. The association can support, develop and promote any other project of a philanthropic, humanitarian and/or environmental nature, carried by any organization of general interest, which is particularly concerned with the protection of the environment and biodiversity, the conservation of natural resources, the development of ecologically responsible technologies and contributing directly or indirectly to the protection of the natural environment, which would require its support.
