a) the trade of all products, technologies and machines related to packaging, conditioning and storage; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar goals, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its business both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
