The purpose of the company is to establish, manage and advise real estate companies or other real estate vehicles, as well as to manage them. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies of any kind, take over representations and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also, for its own account or for the account of third parties, enter into financing, guarantees, sureties and pledge agreements for affiliated companies and third parties, free of charge or for a fee. It may acquire, lease, rent, manage, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
