The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in companies as well as all operations in the field of real estate, in particular the purchase, sale, management and brokerage of all real estate and real estate development within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
