Furthermore, the company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, which may be directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also create branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations, excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
