The Company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions in direct connection with its corporate purpose and in compliance with the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) and take participations, in any form, in all companies directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The Company may participate in group financing operations, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or to other group companies, or by granting guarantees or other securities of any kind for their commitments to third parties.
