The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, and disposal of participations in all commercial, financial, industrial or other enterprises, the management and administration of all companies, as well as the purchase, sale, development and management of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: - Directly or indirectly participate in all companies pursuing an analogous or identical purpose or create branches, in Switzerland or abroad; - Carry out all commercial, financial and real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad in direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose, and - Grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
