The Foundation's purpose is (i) to promote and develop the so-called SagaChain Protocol, (ii) to develop technologies and applications that build on the SagaChain Protocol, (iii) to promote and develop the SagaChain ecosystem, (iv) to provide training and education in the field of SagaChain ecosystem technology, (v) to promote public awareness of the SagaChain ecosystem and its applications, and (vi) to hold and manage digital and non-digital assets for these purposes. To this end, the Foundation may support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies, and individuals; publicly promote and educate about the SagaChain Protocol; issue, receive, use, and store digital information units (tokens) (no speculative trading activities); host and operate master nodes and validator nodes; contact various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities, or other third parties for the benefit of the SagaChain ecosystem; expend received contributions and participate in companies; acquire, hold, or grant trademark rights and other IP rights or licenses; organize conferences or other events that support and promote the SagaChain Protocol; host, manage, and manage websites and interfaces; create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related, or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described herein. To this end, the Foundation may issue a communication concept in the form of a regulation. The concept may be changed at any time by a decision of the Foundation Board. The Foundation may also create an internal control system (IKS) that covers the framework for the Foundation and the SagaChain ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding principle for the IKS and the framework for the SagaChain ecosystem is the value creation interests of the network participants. The Foundation Board shall issue the IKS in the form of a separate regulation. The IKS may be changed at any time by a decision of the Foundation Board. The Foundation may also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones. The Foundation may fulfill its purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of tasks. The Foundation may participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Foundation does not have a commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The Foundation may make profits, provided that and to the extent that this is necessary for the financing of the project and the development of the innovation. Within the scope of its purpose, the Foundation may be active in Switzerland and abroad.
