The purchase, sale, exchange, rental and negotiation in general of properties of any nature and destination; the construction, renovation and maintenance of properties of any nature and destination; installation of systems for the production, transformation, transport, distribution and use of electrical energy, systems for protection against atmospheric discharges, as well as systems for the automation of doors, gates and barriers, radio and television systems, antennas and electronic systems in general, heating, air conditioning, conditioning and refrigeration systems of any nature or species, including the works for the evacuation of combustion products and condensates, and ventilation and aeration of rooms, water and sanitary systems of any nature and species, systems for the distribution and use of gas of any type, including the works for the evacuation of combustion products and ventilation and aeration of rooms, lifting systems for people or things by means of elevators, hoists, escalators and similar systems, fire protection systems. The company may also carry out all commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of the social purpose. The company may finally carry out financial operations and provide guarantees, sureties and any other guarantee in general, both personal and real, even in favor of third parties, and take participations in other companies or enterprises. However, the activities reserved to financial intermediaries and securities brokerage companies, those of mediation, the protected professional activities and in any case all the activities reserved by law to subjects with particular legal requirements not possessed by the company are excluded from the social object.
