The supply in Switzerland and abroad of coordination, management and animation services for activities related to the creation, production and manufacture of watches, jewelry, goldsmithing and high-end jewelry, as well as more generally everything related to this industry, including the supply of precious metals, diamonds, pearls and gemstones (including precious stones, fine stones, ornamental stones and gemstones) and any other component or raw material required for the manufacture and production of watches, jewelry, goldsmithing and high-end jewelry. The company also aims to provide any other 'support service' to any company involved in the creation, production and manufacture of watches, jewelry, goldsmithing and high-end jewelry, raw materials or components used in the manufacture of these products. The Company may provide advisory services for the acquisition and/or participation or interest in all companies and commercial, industrial, financial, movable, real estate companies, created or to be created, and in particular in all companies involved in the manufacture and production of watches, jewelry, goldsmithing and high-end jewelry, as well as the realization of studies, audits, research, and communication consulting related to the preservation of know-how and trades and the promotion of these. More generally, the Company's purpose is all commercial, civil, financial, movable or real estate transactions, specifying that if the company owns real estate located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial purpose, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or likely to favor its development or realization. It may also acquire and manage, directly or indirectly, participations in other companies, Swiss or foreign, specifying that the company may hold in Switzerland a participation in a real estate company if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company has the purpose of acquiring buildings with an exclusively commercial purpose and financing groups of companies as well as placement and investment activities in Switzerland or abroad, as well as any other related activity.
