The company aims to trade in antiques and works of art as well as antique jewelry of all kinds. Furthermore, the company can provide all services that are directly or indirectly related to this purpose. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property in Switzerland and abroad, which is not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG) pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of said Act. It can also provide financing for its own or third parties' account and provide securities for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
