The company's purpose is to acquire, purchase, sell, administer and manage participations in any companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may acquire, mortgage, sell and manage real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and securities to its subsidiaries and third parties.
