The Company's purpose is to provide all types of services and advice to businesses, particularly in the areas of management, development, project management and marketing. The Company may also, in Switzerland or abroad, create subsidiaries and branches, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, in particular, when permitted by law, acquire, manage, operate and sell real estate, excluding any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); and grant loans or guarantees to associates, affiliated companies or third parties.
