The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration and management of shareholdings in any commercial, financial, industrial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad, as well as their financing, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Persons Abroad. The company may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable property transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking shareholdings in similar enterprises.
