The purpose of the association is to establish and support other associations or structures that promote the innovative capacity and functionality of international financial markets, with the aim of making financial instruments and/or financial investments available to as wide a range of investors as possible. The association can take all necessary and appropriate measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose and, in particular, can directly or indirectly establish and monitor associations or other structures for high-quality financial products. To achieve the aforementioned association purposes, the association can at any time involve third parties and/or outsource the various activities in whole or in part to qualified service providers. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
