The development, distribution and marketing in general of software for real estate management; real estate brokerage as well as assistance and consulting in financial, banking, insurance and construction matters; all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its members or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by members or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment (see articles of association for full purpose).
