The company's purpose is the purchase and sale, promotion, development, operation, rental, maintenance, management, administration, brokerage, expertise and exchange of built or unbuilt properties, as well as any fiduciary activity. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by the company's branches, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
