The purpose of the association is to support the issuance of financial instruments and/or financial investments ("hereinafter financial products"), which promote the innovative capacity and functionality of international financial markets with the aim of making financial products available to as wide a range of investors as possible for Swiss real estate. To achieve the aforementioned purposes of the association, the association may at any time involve third parties and/or outsource the various activities wholly or partially to qualified service providers. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
