To provide its members, through their joint action, with housing at favorable conditions, in accordance with ethical principles; to work towards sustainably meeting the need for housing at affordable financial conditions; to strive to achieve its goal through the active participation of its members in the development of housing and residential life; to build housing and rent it to its members, for which purpose it may acquire, encumber and sell buildings, plots of land and superficies; and, secondarily, to promote the creation of housing cooperatives, in particular through the purchase, construction, management, rental and leasing of all real estate (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
