The purpose of the company is the permanent participation in (i) DZR Deutsche zahnärztliche Rechenzentrum GmbH (DZR), (ii) Apotheken- und Ärzte-Abrechnungszentrum GmbH (AÄA), and (iii) OPTICA Abrechnungszentrum Dr. Güldener GmbH (Optica), as well as the permanent management of these companies. Furthermore, the company aims to acquire, manage and sell additional participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds, as well as to provide services in the field of project financing. The company can establish further branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company can conduct all business, enter into obligations and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose and the development of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it. The company can grant loans or other financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these direct or indirect shareholders of the company are directly or indirectly involved, conclude cash-pooling agreements with such third parties, and provide securities of all kinds and guarantees for their liabilities, in each case with or without consideration and even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of the third parties.
