The purpose of the company is: study, development and research of real estate operations; search for partners in the field of construction; management and monitoring of real estate operations; administration and management of real estate objects; commercial and real estate consulting and brokerage; real estate transactions, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may acquire and dispose of businesses, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any business in Switzerland and abroad having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire real estate, encumber, administer and dispose of it within the limits of the LFAIE, carry out all financing activities for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant guarantees and loans to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
