The purchase, management, promotion, sale, exploitation, brokerage and rental of real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; all services related to real estate projects, including the study, planning, financing, marketing and realization of construction of any kind. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a participation in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant or receive loans, guarantees and securities from its associates, subsidiaries or any third party.
