The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the fields of marketing, communication, advertising, trade in all products, as well as all real estate transactions, i.e. the acquisition, holding, sale, rental, construction and operation of all buildings in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it serves its interests.
