The company's purpose is the realization and marketing of real estate assets as well as the purchase, sale, brokerage, and leasing of real estate assets, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may participate in all mobile, real estate, financial, or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies with a direct or indirect relationship to its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect partners, as well as to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, with or without remuneration, and provide, as coverage for the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by means of pledges or fiduciary transfers of property of the company's assets or by means of guarantees of all kinds.
