The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, import, export, installation, representation and distribution of products and the study of projects, particularly in the fields of swimming pools, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, construction, air treatment and solar energy, as well as all services in these fields. The company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, hold participations in all commercial, industrial or financial companies and create branches in Switzerland and abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of the associates, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans and other direct or indirect financing and provide securities of any kind for their debts, including through privileges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any other nature, for consideration or not.
