Acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in companies with the following main purposes: acquisition, holding and disposal of properties in Switzerland serving as permanent business establishments, and of properties abroad, management and brokerage of properties in Switzerland and abroad, planning and execution of new and renovation constructions of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, as well as financing of companies of the PSP Swiss Property Group; may participate in, finance, found or acquire companies, and establish branches, subsidiaries and representations in Switzerland and abroad.
