The company's purpose is: the purchase, sale, exchange, construction, for its own account or for the account of third parties, as a general contractor or total contractor, of movable and immovable property and the execution of all architectural work, the establishment of district or subdivision plans as well as the exploitation, management, leasing, brokerage and financing of real estate (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE); the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of participations, directly or indirectly, in any commercial, financial, movable or immovable company or enterprise (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in all forms, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans, guarantees or stand surety, in favor of its partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
