The purpose of the company is to provide services in the areas of financial and organizational planning, management services, handling of administrative tasks of all kinds, and providing supporting services in the field of general financial and asset consulting. Activities that require a license as a bank or securities dealer, as well as activities within the meaning of Art. 19 para. 1 FINIG, are explicitly excluded. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, even without adequate consideration, conduct business with or for the benefit of related parties, in particular with its shareholders and other group companies, notably grant loans to these persons or provide guarantees, sureties, pledges or other securities to secure their liabilities. The company may acquire, manage, encumber and dispose of real estate and participations in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in any further activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
