The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad, such as buying, architecture, construction, renting, transforming, renovating, selling and managing properties, real estate development and all real estate realizations in the form of a general or total contractor, all of which are excluded from operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
