In Switzerland and abroad, the purchase, holding, and sale of real estate (concerning real estate located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial purpose); as well as the taking, management, and financing of participations, in any form, in Swiss or foreign companies (it being specified that the company can only hold participations in Switzerland in real estate companies with an exclusively commercial purpose). The company can carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, and immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the FAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It can also create branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. The company can also grant loans to its shareholders and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee, or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
