The company's purpose is to acquire participations in all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate enterprises, both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such enterprises, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if this promotes its interests.
