The foundation aims to support needy people, particularly children and young people in Africa, on a non-profit basis, so that they can receive education and access to educational institutions; the foundation can offer training, including teaching materials, provide training financing, operate schools, manufacture, distribute and provide bicycles and the like, so that needy children can even travel to an educational institution such as school, etc. The foundation can also support non-profit organizations and institutions in these areas. The main purpose of the foundation is to carry out the following non-profit activities in Africa: supporting poverty alleviation and providing a community development strategy that prevents and alleviates poverty for poor and needy people, as well as initiatives to combat poverty, including 1. promoting community-based projects in the areas of education, health, self-help, empowerment, capacity building, skills development or general poverty alleviation; 2. promoting good access to health, markets, education and training through mobility, in particular through the manufacture, distribution and maintenance of bicycles; 3. providing training and support for community-based projects; 4. training and support to improve the capacity for emerging small businesses, to establish and manage businesses, including the granting of loans; and 5. promoting community environmental and nature conservation in terms of environmental awareness, ecologicalization, rehabilitation or sustainable development projects. All of these activities of the foundation are non-profit and are carried out with an altruistic or philanthropic intention.
