The company's purpose is the research and development of financial algorithms for digital asset management, as well as software publishing. The company may pursue its purpose through any operations - especially through any contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material (movable) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether it is for the company, through branches of the company, through participations in other companies or through subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
