The company's purpose is the development, licensing and marketing of medical devices and cell therapy technologies for perioperative use, in particular systems and disposable products for the administration of autologous and allogenic cell therapies, including fibrin, fibrin enriched with bioregenerative cells (allogenic/autologous) rich in platelets and leukocytes, for various uses, including the treatment of chronic wounds, cardiac surgery, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine and oncological surgery. The company will develop new technologies internally or with the help of various partners and license them to different commercial partners. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - as regards their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - as regards their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; - as regards their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
