The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, and dispose of participations in other enterprises, particularly in companies active in the fields of roofing and building services. In addition, the company may participate in, establish, take over, and merge with other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad. It may acquire, encumber, and dispose of intellectual property rights both domestically and abroad, and, by resolution of the board of directors, establish branches and agencies both domestically and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to affiliated companies or third parties and provide security of any kind for the obligations of such other companies or third parties, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not.
