The company's purpose is to develop and manage digital products (in particular software) and to provide all related services, such as integration, consulting or support and maintenance, in the field of environmental protection and sustainability. In pursuing its purpose, the company aims to have a significant positive social and environmental impact within the framework of its business and operational activities. The company does not work with the aim of maximizing its profits. Art. 6 para. 5 of these statutes is reserved. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries and may participate in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, and in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate both in Switzerland and abroad. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial transactions as well as provide guarantees or warranties for subsidiaries or third parties.
