The management of a team in the field of motor sports, with related technical, financial and sponsorship support; the trade and repair of motor vehicles; the organization of events, driving school and coaching; the provision of services in the marketing and communication sector. The company is also authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as to participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire interests and participations in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all consulting, commercial, financial or other activities that are in any way related to the company's purpose.
