The company's purpose is all activities related to architecture (project development, construction management, representation of the client) and more generally all activities in the real estate sector, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; participate in all companies or activities in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans and provide guarantees to any person, including its associates and managers; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
