The purpose of the company is: a) all commercial and service activities in the field of computer science, in particular the design of software, mobile applications, websites and video games; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions, whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons) - in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
