Within the framework of the business regulations of the Raiffeisen banks, to the extent that it serves its business activity, the bank can: a. operate its own business premises, establish subsidiaries and participate in all companies and societies of the Raiffeisen Group as well as in other companies; b. acquire, build and renovate properties, acquire properties in foreclosure proceedings or acquire them to avoid a foreclosure sale, sell properties and establish and cancel all property-related rights and encumbrances.
