In Geneva and abroad, on behalf of third parties, directly or in participation, the purchase, sale, import, export and brokerage on international markets, for cash and on term, of oil, gas, petroleum and petrochemical products, their components or derived products, and generally all products for use as fuels, combustibles or renewable energies, without storage on site, and in this context, all transportation and supply operations by all means of the above-mentioned products. The company may carry out for its own account or on behalf of third parties all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable operations with exclusively commercial allocation in Switzerland (i.e. excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in direct or indirect relation with its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies having a similar or related purpose.
