The association aims to support young entrepreneurs, companies with economic problems, builders and real estate buyers. The goal is to enable young entrepreneurs to successfully and sustainably implement their ideas without experiencing a crash. Builders should be able to realize their projects in the long term and competently, without over-indebting themselves. To achieve this, a project is set up for the member, which includes business plans, feasibility studies, marketing plans, budget and budget planning, serving as the basis for capital procurement and project realization. Contracts are also reviewed and legal advice and representation are offered. To achieve this purpose, the association provides the above services and consultations free of charge, for a fee or at a reduced rate for members, in order to promote and achieve the purpose of the association. The association does not pursue commercial purposes, is not profit-oriented and is neutral in terms of denomination and politics.
