The company may engage in any industrial, commercial, financial and other activities in Switzerland and abroad, conduct transactions and enter into legal transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company or are suitable to facilitate or promote its achievement and/or the development of the company. As a result, the company may, in particular, establish, set up, dissolve or liquidate companies of all kinds, branches and other representations in any form in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, merge with other companies of all kinds, acquire other companies of all kinds or sell its participation in other companies. The company may also acquire, hold, manage, administer, use, lease to third parties, encumber, trade, sell or utilize any other type of securities, capital investments, intangible assets or rights of any kind and nature, raw materials of all kinds, movable assets of any other kind as well as real estate of any kind in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all other legal transactions related to these assets. Furthermore, the company may take out loans and credits for itself, its affiliated companies, shareholders and third parties, grant loans and credits to its affiliated companies, shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans and credits of its affiliated companies, shareholders or third parties or provide other guarantees or securities of any kind, and assume exchange liabilities.
