The company's purpose is the construction and transformation of buildings; purchase, sale, brokerage, management, administration, operation and development of real estate or movable assets in Switzerland and abroad, with the specification that all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) are excluded; the provision of services related to the administration, rental, brokerage, intermediation, operation, maintenance and maintenance of real estate.
