Real Estate Investment Data Association - REIDA

The association supports efforts that lead to a uniform and cost-effective data basis for the Swiss real estate market. In particular, it also seeks coordination with official authorities and research institutions of all kinds regarding its data needs and the required data deliveries. It maintains databases of its members and third parties related to the construction and real estate market and prepares them for the purpose of benchmarking and research. The association is supported by the industry as a politically neutral, solely transparency-committed non-profit organization. The association can, by decision of the general assembly, manage these databases in its own account, while maintaining the prescribed confidentiality and data protection, or have them managed by a third-party company.
