The purpose of the company is the acquisition, holding, realization, construction, planning, supervision, renovation, rental, operation and utilization of real estate of all kinds, on its own account and on behalf of third parties, both in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Unauthorized Persons (BewG). It may also conduct all commercial and financial transactions with movable and immovable assets that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including the establishment, acquisition, holding and sale of participations in companies active in the real estate sector. It may assume guarantees for loans taken out by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by assuming all other financial obligations. It may also acquire and hold means of transport (vehicles, etc.).
