As an ancillary activity, the company's purpose is to carry out all commercial and financial operations, whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners), directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to take part in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes.
