The company's purpose is to conduct real estate transactions of all kinds, both domestically and internationally, including the acquisition, brokerage, management, rental, encumbrance, sale, and financing of properties and real estate, as well as the creation of condominium ownership and the planning and construction of buildings on its own account or on behalf of third parties. Excluded are transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may acquire, manage, transfer, and exploit intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing on its own account or on behalf of third parties, and grant securities for liabilities of affiliated companies and third parties.
