The company's purpose is to provide consulting, planning, design, production, sales, global trade, import and export of goods, construction and operation of facilities, as well as services and consulting in the field of renewable energy, in particular the development and production of cost-effective electrolyzers and efficient production of hydrogen, heat and electricity in the fields of mobility and supply, as well as project design, project management, quality management, risk and crisis management for critical infrastructure in the energy sector. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for third-party account, as well as guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties. In pursuing its purpose, the company ensures that it does not accept orders for military purposes from defense companies, including their subsidiaries, orders for military purposes from the environment of 'defense' ministries and/or departments, and orders for military purposes from countries with massive problems in terms of human rights compliance. Exceptions must be approved unanimously by the Board of Directors. Orders from defense companies for civilian purposes, in particular for energy production, are explicitly possible.
